As a healthcare professional with over twenty years of hospital and homecare experience, I am cognizant of the challenges upon us. In 1994 I choose to change the direction of my career to focus exclusively on healthcare search. As a young graduate RN, I initially spent several years providing direct care to patients. Along the way I grew into management and leadership roles striving never to loose sight of my commitment to serve others along the way. My career as a healthcare recruiter evolved as a logical next step in my evolution and growth. By helping people achieve their career objectives, I continue to serve.
