In May, 2003 Ashmore Rogers, Inc will celebrate our Seventh Anniversary. We have managed our growth in line with our philosophy to provide exemplary service by accepting searches that fall into the realm of our expertise and by hiring only highly qualified and dedicated individuals.

With each of our associates working out of their home offices, we keep overhead to a minimum and pass these savings on to you in a reasonable fee for service agreement. ARI recognizes that this is not a 9-5 business. Our recruiters, consisting of two FTE’s and several per case, recruiter associates, are available to speak with clients and candidates early morning, evening or weekend hours, when it is convenient for them. This flexibility gives us an edge on the more traditional Monday-Friday, 9-5 organizations.

The search process we utilize involves, gathering information from you regarding the objectives of the position and profile of the ideal candidate, execution/implementation of a full search, receive/review resumes, screen/interview candidates, verify references, present viable candidates, arrange interviews, communicate feedback timely and honestly, present offer and close. We stay in close contact with the candidate until the start date to provide support during the resignation process.

Our methods to attract and source great candidates are multifaceted and include, networking, database utilization, direct calling and advertising.

Because we provide a more personalized service than most, the majority of our searches have been closed through professional contacts and utilization of our extensive database, either directly or in-directly. In conjunction with this personal
approach we often implement a direct call plan in an effort to capture talent who might not be in an active search. This gives us the opportunity to share our excitement about your opening and source a “fresh” group of candidates.
