Diana brings ten years of recruiting success in the temporary and permanent placement business. The breadth of her experience spans the healthcare industry to the technology field.

Prior to joining ARI, her role as an independent recruitment consultant allowed her to partner with a wide variety of clients in various high-tech industries. As a key contributor to the permanent placement process, Diana facilitated hiring process of professionals in hardware/software engineering, consulting, information technology, sales/marketing, finance, and operations. Her forte is managing the initial stages of candidate development. This includes implementing direct call plans and utilizing advanced Internet search techniques to identify in-demand candidates.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. In her free time she enjoys helping out with local charities around New England. Including the Walk for Breast Cancer fundraiser in May of 2002.
