Dorothy Ashmore, RN, Founder and President of Ashmore Rogers, Inc is responsible for the overall strategy, business development and client management of the company. She is a working manager and shares her time between operations and recruiting.

Prior to founding Ashmore Rogers, Inc., Dottie’s career in hospital based nursing included; Emergency Medicine, IV Therapy and OPD Hematology/Oncology. This core served her well when she transitioned in the 80’s into the Home Infusion Industry. In a span of seven years in Home Infusion, Dottie grew from a CRNI Nurse Clinician for New England Critical Care to DON and later progressed into a Branch Manager role for Home Intensive Care, a national leader in Home Infusion and Home Dialysis.

In 1993, Dottie embarked on a new career and focused full attention on healthcare permanent placement.

She thrived in this environment and in 1995 received recognition as "The Most Outstanding Performer of the year" at Directions Medical Group, Inc.
